Will the forum's clock be changing back from Daylight Savings Time?

either it just ticked over, or somebody has their settings wrong. this is what the forum looks like on my end (with my nifty little desktop widget dragged to a convenient position);

Daylight savings or not, my forum clock is always an hour out of whack. I don't understand it, and I don't make any attempt to. It's easier just to mentally factor in the conversion; 'tis hardly rocket surgery.
